🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Shop Hey Missy

At Shop Hey Missy, we want you to love what you order. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

    • With original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Certain items (e.g., sale/clearance products, intimate wear) may not be eligible for returns. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email/phone.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be provided in the form of STORE CREDIT

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed excluding the Shipping Charges


3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please raise a request within 3 days.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, accessories, or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return/refund.


5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at customerservices.shopheymissy@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.

  • Our team will share the return instructions and pickup details (where available).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or wrong.


6. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement.
