Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

With original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Certain items (e.g., sale/clearance products, intimate wear) may not be eligible for returns. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email/phone.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be provided in the form of STORE CREDIT

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed excluding the Shipping Charges
3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please raise a request within 3 days.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, accessories, or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return/refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Damaged or Wrong Products
