NATURAL WAIST
Measure around the natural waistline, which is the smallest part of your waist!
HIPS
Standing with your heels together, measure around the fullest part of your hips. Make sure you keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor.
INSEAM
Make sure you are in a pair of pants that fit you well and also barefoot. Then take the measurement starting from the crotch seam down the inside of the pant leg to the floor.
